It's more about styling I doubt unless you are a hairdresser you could style it like that, it would take forever, If you dye your hair please consider the roots!! Don't get me wrong its a lovely style I just think it's high maintenance.

the girl in this photo has high cheek bones with a slender face, most people dont have that facial structure....so that hair style is very reversital. unless you have a chubby round face it should look good. the color depends on your eyes.....if you have blue eyes go for a light blonde (works all year round), green eyes go for a dirty but not too dirty blonde (once again works all year round) if you have brown eyes go with more of a dark blonde or really light brunette, then if you have like hazel or a mix go with either a dark brunett....or go with a dark blonde (or somewhere in between) all of these colors work all year round! or atleast they do for me! and the blonde looks gorgous in the summer time!
