Haircut help...Please? :(?

I have dark brown shoulder length hair...It is thick and frizzy/wavy in the back and i have no bangs. It is currently cut straihght across and i have been tired of this hair cut for a long time. How would my hair be best cut? i am getting it cut monday and the stylist told me to pick out hair that i like (out of magazines) but i dont kno what would be best...(prefferbly short =)Thanks for any help and maybe u could send a link with a pic in ur answer but if u dont no prob! ;)

well first of all you could buy a straightener and straighten it every day when you wake up in the morning.

as for cut, i suggest about a half inch from ur shoulders (above them) %26amp; maybe layered. get ur stylists opinion too!

umm.. i'm trying to visualize your hair right now.. %26gt;%26gt; but it think, that if you do get bangs, dont do the straight accross kind, because those dont work very well with curly hair. have you tried side parting it? and if you have naturally curly hair, you would ask the person to control it more and give it more of a smooth wavy feel rather than frizzy. if you cut it short, try just shoulder length with either straight or razored ends (razor is when they make the hair have a more choppy feel to make it seem more natural) but then again i dont know what your face looks like so i'm just going off of my imaginary model in my head.

You should get some kind of side bangs, mine was really plain before I got it cut with side bangs and now it looks 10X better.

hi erm firstly i reallyyyyy need to know what bangs are i keep seeing the word come up and i don't know what it means - I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, but the last time i got my hair cut i had hair that sounded extremely similar to yours i went for a full fringe that is quite thick, and got the ends feathered out like thinned out and then after a while i got bored with my fringe a bit so i have just let my fringe grow and it is kind of over my eyes but i push it to the side and it makes a really cool side, like, fringe which i can just change bk to a full fringe wen i want , also it is really good because the wind cant harm it hehe.

If your tired of straight hair, try subtle layers. Or have the stylist angle the front. you'll see the difference!
